World Idli Day


Idli has been a major part of our lives, especially if we all have grown up in South (or India in general). Idli has been a staple dish for years and is consumed both for breakfast and also for dinner in many South Indian households. Idlis don’t use any oil and is usually steamed and made with rice. March 30th has been celebrated as World Idli Day.This day is celebrated because of Mr Eniyavan, a popular idli-only caterer from Chennai.
